Poll-Cont Associates (PCA) is a leading Environmental Auditor & Environmental Consultancy firm, established in 1987 at Rajkot. With decades of expertise, PCA expanded its operations by opening a branch in Ankleshwar in 1993 and later a modern laboratory and office setup in Vadodara in 2014.

With the mission of “Less Pollution Better Solution”, PCA provides complete environmental solutions including Environmental Monitoring, Laboratory Testing, Project Consultancy, EIA/EC studies, and Operation & Maintenance of ETP/CETP/STP systems.

In 1997, PCA was officially recognized by Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) as an Environmental Auditor under the Environmental Audit Scheme applicable across Gujarat as per the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat.

PCA has a strong multidisciplinary team of Environmental Engineers, Chemists, Chemical Engineers, and Wastewater Treatment Experts, supported by advanced laboratory facilities. We deliver reliable environmental services to industries by ensuring compliance with Air Act 1981, Water Act 1974, Hazardous Waste Rules, and EP Act 1986.

Our Founder and Partner

Mr. Rajesh Pidhadia

Mr. Rajesh Pidhadia is the visionary Founder of Poll-Cont Associates, established in 1987 in Rajkot, Gujarat. With a strong commitment to environmental protection and regulatory excellence, he has led the organization to become a trusted name in the field of environmental consultancy.
Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, he served as a Regional Officer (RO) at GPCB, Rajkot, for 10 years. His tenure at the regulatory authority provided him with in-depth knowledge of environmental laws, compliance systems, and industrial regulatory frameworks.
Under his leadership, Poll-Cont Associates expanded its presence by establishing branch offices in Ankleshwar (1993) and Vadodara (2014), strengthening its service network across Gujarat’s major industrial hubs.
With over 45 years of combined professional experience — including 10 years with GPCB and 35+ years in environmental consultancy — Mr. Pidhadia brings exceptional expertise in environmental legal compliance, project execution, pollution control systems, and laboratory coordination.
He has successfully delivered more than 500 environmental projects across India, with a strong footprint in Gujarat, helping industries achieve sustainable growth while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
His vision, integrity, and technical excellence continue to guide the organization toward responsible environmental stewardship and long-term client success.

Mr. Bharat Snehi

Mr. Bharat Snehi is a qualified Chemical Engineer with over 5 years of industrial experience and more than 20 years of expertise in the environmental field, including environmental laboratory services, environmental legal compliance, project execution and operation & maintenance (O&M).
He possesses extensive knowledge in environmental laboratory analysis and regulatory compliance support.
He has strong hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and plant supply of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants), STP (Sewage Treatment Plants), WTP (Water Treatment Plants), and ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) systems.
He has extensive expertise in Environmental Laboratory services and legal compliance support.
He is currently serving as a Partner at Poll-Cont Associates, where he contributes his technical proficiency, practical experience, and strategic guidance to deliver reliable, compliant and sustainable environmental solutions.
